1. Acceptance of Terms
By renting or using a Sure Charge portable power bank (“Device”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the rental.

2. Service Description
Sure Charge LLC (“Sure Charge,” “we,” “us”) provides portable power bank rentals through self-service kiosks at participating venues and events.
3. Rental Period & Fees
Rental fees are displayed at the kiosk or checkout screen at the time of rental.
Charges accrue until the Device is returned to a designated Sure Charge kiosk.
Fees may vary by event or venue.
4. User Responsibilities
By using a Device, you agree to:
Use the Device only for its intended purpose
Return the Device in reasonable working condition
Follow all on-screen and posted instructions
You are responsible for the Device from the moment it is released to you until it is properly returned.
5. Hardware Loss, Theft & Damage Policy
If a Device is not returned within the maximum rental period, it will be considered lost.
A replacement fee (displayed at checkout) will be charged to the payment method on file.
You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:
Water damage
Physical breakage
Tampering or modification
Lost or damaged charging cables may also result in additional fees.
Sure Charge reserves the right to determine whether a Device is lost or damaged.
6. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
You understand and agree that:
Use of the Device is at your own risk
Sure Charge is not responsible for damage to your phone, data loss, or software issues
Sure Charge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sure Charge’s liability is limited to the rental fees paid.

You may not:
Attempt to resell or sub-rent the Device
Tamper with the kiosk or Device
Use the Device for unlawful purposes
8. Termination of Use
Sure Charge may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
